1. What Time Blocks AI is

Time Blocks AI is a personal planning and time-audit tool. Its schedule health indicators are planning scores, not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice. Nothing in the product should be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, therapist, financial advisor, or other licensed professional.

2. Your responsibility

You remain responsible for the commitments, goals, and schedule you accept. The product is designed to help protect sleep and essential obligations, but no automated suggestion can know every fact about your life. You should use your own judgment before acting on any suggestion the product makes.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at timeauditai@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the product for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the underlying service without permission.
• Interfere with the product's operation or attempt to breach its security.
• Use the product to store or process data belonging to someone else without their consent.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you've violated these terms.

5. Your data and privacy

We collect and process personal data, including schedule, planning, and usage information, as described in our Privacy Policy. As a South African business, we process your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). By using Time Blocks AI, you consent to that processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

We own all rights, title, and interest in the Time Blocks AI software, algorithms, design, and branding. You own the content and data you input, including your schedules, goals, and commitments. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the service to you.

7. Paid features

Paid upgrades are not yet active. Commercial pricing, refunds, trial terms, and billing terms will be published here before checkout is enabled. Once active, this section will set out cancellation rights, billing cycles, and refund conditions.

8. Availability and changes

This is an early product release. Features, pricing, and these terms may change while the product is developed, tested, and improved. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The product is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its suggestions will be accurate or suitable for your circumstances.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Time Blocks AI and its owners or operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product, including missed obligations, scheduling conflicts, or decisions made based on the product's suggestions. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the product is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or, if you're a free user, to ZAR 0.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your misuse of the product or your violation of these terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the product and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, non-payment once paid features are active, or misuse of the service.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the product will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting timeauditai@gmail.com. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the product after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be flagged on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
